The available positions are part of industrial construction and maintenance operations where technical precision, safety compliance, and operational efficiency are highly important. The Rigger III position involves supervising and handling heavy lifting activities according to Aramco lifting standards and approved rigging procedures. The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is responsible for managing permit coordination, verifying safety conditions, and ensuring all work activities are properly authorized before execution. Welding Inspectors with CSWIP 3.1 certification are responsible for monitoring welding quality, inspecting weld procedures, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards. Welding QC personnel support inspection activities, maintain quality documentation, and verify welding processes throughout project execution. These positions are essential for ensuring safe operations, maintaining quality control, and supporting uninterrupted industrial productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to project requirements and approved industrial standards. Rigger III personnel will inspect lifting equipment, supervise crane operations, prepare rigging plans, and ensure all lifting activities are conducted safely. WPR candidates will coordinate permit activities, inspect work areas, communicate with supervisors, and confirm that safety requirements are met before work begins. Welding Inspectors will examine welding procedures, review technical specifications, conduct inspections, and verify weld quality according to CSWIP and project standards. Welding QC staff will assist in documentation, monitor fabrication activities, and support quality assurance teams during project execution. All workers are expected to follow company safety procedures, maintain discipline on site, and complete assigned tasks according to project timelines and client requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must possess strong technical knowledge and industrial project experience relevant to their respective categories. Rigger III candidates must hold Aramco approval and demonstrate experience in heavy lifting operations and rigging safety standards. WPR applicants should have Aramco approval along with required Berri division codes and knowledge of industrial permit systems. Welding Inspectors must possess valid CSWIP 3.1 certification and experience in welding inspection procedures and quality assurance activities. Welding QC candidates should understand welding documentation, fabrication inspection, and industrial quality standards. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and the capacity to work under pressure in demanding industrial environments. Familiarity with Saudi industrial regulations and safety practices is considered highly valuable for all positions.
