The company is seeking qualified candidates for several technical and supervisory positions, including Piping Supervisor, Piping Foreman, Piping Fabricator, Pipe Fitter, E & I Foreman, Rigger III (TUV), and Welder TIG & ARC (CS). This project offers room-to-room duty and provides an excellent opportunity for skilled workers to join a well-established contracting company operating in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector. HYBA General Contracting Est. is a Saudi-based contracting company headquartered in Jubail and operates in industrial contracting services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Piping Supervisors will oversee piping installation activities, supervise work teams, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with engineers to maintain productivity and quality. Piping Foremen will lead daily piping crews, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure safe execution of tasks. Piping Fabricators will fabricate pipe spools and structural components according to engineering drawings. Pipe Fitters will install, align, and assemble piping systems while maintaining project quality standards. E & I Foremen will supervise electrical and instrumentation teams, coordinate maintenance and installation activities, and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Rigger III (TUV) personnel will perform lifting operations, inspect lifting gear, and execute safe rigging practices. Welder TIG & ARC (CS) candidates will perform carbon steel welding using TIG and ARC welding processes while maintaining high-quality workmanship and following approved welding procedures.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have proven experience in their respective trades on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects. Supervisory positions require strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators should be able to read isometric drawings and perform accurate fabrication and installation work. Rigger III candidates must possess a valid TUV certification and have experience in industrial lifting operations. Welders should demonstrate proficiency in TIG and ARC welding for carbon steel applications. All candidates should have strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional industrial environment.
