Description

Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their assigned job roles. Skilled workers such as welders, fabricators, and pipe fitters will carry out fabrication, welding, and installation tasks based on engineering drawings. Foremen will supervise daily operations and allocate tasks efficiently. All staff must maintain discipline, follow instructions, and ensure timely completion of project targets while maintaining quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant experience in welding, mechanical work, or construction projects. Supervisors should have strong leadership skills and site management experience. Skilled workers must understand technical drawings, welding procedures, and fabrication techniques. A valid JCC card is required for multi welders. Knowledge of safety procedures, teamwork ability, and experience in industrial projects are highly preferred. Good communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential for all positions.
