Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The HSE Supervisor is responsible for monitoring daily site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This includes conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
They also lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to improve worker awareness regarding safety procedures. The role involves preparing safety reports, maintaining incident records, and coordinating with project management and Aramco representatives during audits and inspections.
Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforcing strict adherence to safety procedures is a core responsibility of the position.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
