Key Responsibilities
QC Supervisors and Inspectors are responsible for checking materials, monitoring site activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and Aramco standards. They perform inspections on HVAC systems, coating work, and material receiving processes to maintain quality control. Heavy equipment operators such as grader and bulldozer operators handle excavation, leveling, and site preparation tasks using SPSP-certified machinery. Boiler operators manage industrial boiler systems, ensuring safe pressure levels and proper functioning during operations. All workers must follow safety procedures, attend toolbox meetings, report hazards immediately, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and engineers on site.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge related to their job role and practical field experience in industrial or construction projects. QC staff should have 8–12 years of experience, preferably with Aramco approval or CBT certification. Operators must hold valid SPSP cards and experience in handling heavy machinery safely. All applicants should understand safety standards, inspection procedures, and emergency response protocols. Physical fitness, teamwork ability, and discipline are essential for working in demanding site conditions. Required documents include valid Iqama, passport copy, insurance, Muqeem, and chamber approval.
