Main Responsibilities and Daily Duties
The selected Work Permit Receiver will be responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and managing work permits before any construction or maintenance activities begin. Daily duties include verifying work permits, ensuring all safety precautions are implemented, conducting field inspections, coordinating with site supervisors and safety officers, and confirming compliance with Aramco regulations. The WPR will also maintain accurate permit records, monitor ongoing work activities, identify unsafe conditions, and assist in promoting a strong safety culture across the project site. Attention to detail, effective communication, and strict adherence to safety procedures are essential for this role.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must hold ARAMCO WPR Approval, which is mandatory for this position. Previous experience working on industrial or oil & gas projects is highly preferred. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Aramco Permit-to-Work procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety compliance requirements. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills are essential for working effectively with operations, safety teams, and contractors.
