Key Responsibilities
Workers selected for these positions will perform duties according to their trade and project requirements. Masons will handle block work, plastering, and concrete-related activities. Multi Welders (CS) will be responsible for welding carbon steel materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. Scaffolders will assemble, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures required for safe access at work locations. Carpenters will perform shuttering, formwork installation, and construction support activities. Helpers will assist skilled workers by handling materials, maintaining work areas, and supporting daily site operations. All employees must follow company safety regulations, cooperate with supervisors, and contribute to maintaining an efficient and productive work environment throughout the project duration.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should possess practical experience related to their respective trade categories. Masons, Scaffolders, and Carpenters should have previous construction project experience and the ability to work independently when required. Multi Welders must have strong welding knowledge and hold a valid JJC Card as specified by the employer. Physical fitness, teamwork, and adherence to workplace safety procedures are essential for all positions.
