Job Description
HSE Officers and HSE Supervisors are responsible for implementing safety policies, monitoring work activities, and ensuring compliance with established health, safety, and environmental regulations. These professionals play a critical role in preventing workplace incidents by identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and promoting safe work practices. Their efforts help protect personnel, equipment, and project operations while ensuring compliance with client and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform regular site inspections, conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and prepare safety reports. They will ensure that workers comply with safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment. Responsibilities also include delivering toolbox talks, monitoring high-risk activities, supporting emergency response planning, and coordinating with project management regarding safety performance. HSE Supervisors will additionally oversee safety teams and ensure that all site activities meet required standards and regulations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have previous Oil & Gas project experience along with valid safety qualifications. Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation procedures is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to work effectively in demanding industrial environments. Familiarity with client safety standards and project compliance requirements will be highly beneficial.
