Role Overview

HSE Officers play a critical role in maintaining workplace safety and ensuring compliance with project safety regulations. They are responsible for monitoring site activities, identifying hazards, implementing safety procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers. The position requires close coordination with project teams to ensure all operations are conducted according to client and industry standards.

Main Duties

The selected candidates will conduct routine safety inspections, monitor work permits, identify unsafe conditions, and prepare safety reports. They will ensure compliance with project HSE policies, provide safety guidance to workers, participate in risk assessments, and support incident prevention initiatives. HSE Officers are also expected to maintain documentation and coordinate with management regarding safety performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants must have previous experience working as HSE Officers in industrial or oil and gas projects. Saipem approval is required, while KGP or Berri project approval is highly preferred. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, risk management, and workplace safety practices. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
