Key Responsibilities & Work Scope
The Civil Foreman will supervise daily construction activities, manage labor teams, coordinate with engineers and supervisors, monitor project progress, allocate work, and ensure all tasks are completed according to project specifications and safety standards. Laborers will assist skilled workers by handling construction materials, loading and unloading equipment, preparing work areas, maintaining site cleanliness, and performing general construction duties required for smooth project execution.
