Fabricator, Electrician & Helper

Modern Innovation Contracting Est. is urgently hiring experienced and hardworking candidates for multiple long-term industrial project positions in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently recruiting Fabricators, Electricians, and Surveyor Helpers for projects in Dammam and Jubail. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who are ready for immediate mobilization and want stable employment with company-provided Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT).

Industrial and construction projects depend on skilled professionals to ensure quality workmanship, safe operations, and timely project completion. Fabricators are responsible for producing metal structures, Electricians maintain electrical systems and equipment, while Surveyor Helpers assist survey teams with accurate measurements and site preparation. Candidates who meet the project requirements and possess valid Saudi documents are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricators will prepare, cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to project drawings and specifications. They should have knowledge of technical drawings and be able to perform fabrication work safely while maintaining quality standards. Electricians will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment while following workplace safety regulations and project requirements.

Surveyor Helpers will assist surveyors by carrying equipment, marking locations, recording measurements, and preparing work areas for surveying activities. Candidates for this position should have basic Arabic communication skills to coordinate effectively with the site team. All selected candidates must follow company safety procedures, maintain discipline, and support smooth project execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and a good understanding of industrial or construction work environments. Fabricators should be able to read drawings and perform accurate fabrication work. Electricians must understand electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Surveyor Helpers should be physically fit, willing to work outdoors, and possess basic Arabic language skills.

Candidates should demonstrate good communication, teamwork, responsibility, and commitment to workplace safety. All applicants must have a valid Iqama and be prepared to submit complete color copies of the required documents along with their original passport during the recruitment process.
