Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties based on their specific trade and position. Electrical Foremen, Supervisors, and Industrial Electricians will handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in compliance with project standards. Instrumentation teams including Foremen, Technicians, and Supervisors will manage calibration, installation, and maintenance of control systems and instruments. Fire Watchers will ensure safety during hot work operations by monitoring welding and cutting activities to prevent fire hazards, especially in Aramco-certified environments. Mechanical Supervisors, Millwrights, and Pipe Fitters will be responsible for equipment installation, alignment, piping systems, and mechanical maintenance tasks. Manlift Operators will safely operate lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with site safety procedures. Safety Officers will enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure hazard-free working conditions. Fabricators and Piping Foremen will manage structural fabrication and piping installations according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant industry experience in their respective trades, particularly in Aramco or GCC construction projects. Electrical and instrumentation professionals should have strong technical knowledge of systems, tools, and installation procedures. Pipe fitters and fabricators must be able to read technical drawings and perform precise fabrication and installation work. Safety officers should have a strong understanding of industrial safety standards, risk assessment, and hazard prevention practices. Fire Watchers must hold Aramco certification and understand hot work safety procedures. Manlift operators must be certified and experienced in operating lifting equipment safely. All candidates should demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure in demanding industrial environments. A valid iqama with at least three months’ validity is mandatory for all applicants.
