Key Responsibilities
Helpers will assist supervisors and workers in loading and unloading materials, site preparation, cleaning work areas, organizing equipment, and supporting operational activities. Their role helps maintain workflow efficiency and supports overall project productivity.
Scaffolders will perform scaffold erection, dismantling, inspection, and modifications according to project standards. They must ensure platforms remain secure and suitable for safe worker access. Candidates are expected to follow safety instructions, coordinate with project teams, and maintain workplace discipline.
All workers must perform duties responsibly while maintaining site safety and operational standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants for Helper positions should possess physical strength, willingness to work in industrial conditions, and the ability to follow instructions properly. Prior labor experience may provide an advantage.
