Job Role Overview & Importance

Without properly installed scaffolding systems, many industrial activities cannot be completed safely or efficiently.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to perform daily site tasks in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements. The Rigger Level 3 will handle lifting operations, inspect rigging gear, attach loads securely, and guide crane operators during lifting activities. Precision, communication, and awareness of load stability are essential for this role.
Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring all platforms are stable, level, and properly secured. They must inspect materials before use, follow engineering instructions, and ensure that all scaffolding systems meet safety standards. Both roles require strict adherence to safety procedures, continuous coordination with supervisors, and careful attention to hazard prevention on-site.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in rigging or scaffolding work within construction or industrial environments. For riggers, a valid TUV certification and knowledge of lifting techniques are highly preferred. Scaffolders should have hands-on experience in assembling different types of scaffolding systems and understanding load-bearing safety requirements.
Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in challenging site conditions. Previous experience in large industrial projects will be considered an advantage. Fresh candidates with basic technical training may also be considered for scaffolding roles, while rigging positions require proven experience and certification.
