Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform assigned responsibilities according to project requirements and site procedures. Rigger Level 3 personnel will support lifting operations, inspect lifting accessories, communicate with crane operators, and ensure all lifting activities are completed safely. They must maintain awareness of surrounding work conditions and follow approved rigging practices throughout operations.
Fabricators will prepare, assemble, cut, shape, and fit structural and industrial materials according to project drawings and specifications. Daily duties may include measuring materials, preparing fabrication components, supporting installation teams, and maintaining quality standards. Workers in both positions are expected to maintain discipline, cooperate with supervisors, and follow all project safety procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective trade categories and demonstrate strong practical knowledge. Candidates applying for Rigger Level 3 must hold a valid TUV certification and understand lifting safety procedures and industrial work practices.
Fabricator applicants should have practical fabrication experience and the ability to work with project requirements efficiently.
