Job Role Overview & Importance

Key Responsibilities of the Position
Safety Officers will monitor site activities, conduct inspections, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with approved procedures. They are also responsible for identifying hazards, preparing reports, and guiding workers on safe practices.
Welders (2G, 3G, and 4G certified) will perform welding tasks on pipes, structures, and fabrication materials based on project requirements. They must ensure strong weld quality and follow technical drawings and safety procedures.
Helpers will assist skilled workers by handling materials, preparing work areas, transporting tools, and maintaining cleanliness on-site. They must follow instructions carefully and support daily operational activities.
All employees are expected to follow strict safety regulations and maintain discipline throughout the project duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields. Safety Officers should have prior industrial site experience and knowledge of safety standards. Welders must hold valid certifications for 2G, 3G, or 4G welding with at least 3 years of experience. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
All documents must be valid for more than 3 months, including iqama, insurance, medical fitness, and passport. Original passport is mandatory for selection. Candidates with Gulf experience will be given preference.
