Scaffolder – 14 SAR per Hour

A leading contracting company is urgently recruiting 100 Scaffolder professionals for a long-term industrial project. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced scaffolders who hold an Original TUV Certificate and are ready for immediate employment. The company is conducting interviews on 23-07-2026 at 11:50 AM, and selected candidates will be mobilized after completing the recruitment process.

Scaffolders are essential to construction and industrial projects, providing safe and secure access platforms for workers performing maintenance, installation, and inspection tasks at elevated heights. Candidates with proven experience, strong safety awareness, and valid documentation are encouraged to attend the interview with all required original documents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with approved engineering standards and safety regulations. You will ensure that scaffolds are erected correctly, securely fastened, and inspected before use to provide safe working conditions for all personnel on site.

The role also involves identifying potential hazards, maintaining scaffolding materials in good condition, following supervisor instructions, complying with industrial health and safety procedures, and working effectively with other construction teams to support ongoing project activities while maintaining high safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience working as a Scaffolder on industrial or construction projects. Holding an Original TUV Scaffolding Certificate is mandatory for this position. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of working at heights, and familiar with international scaffolding safety practices and inspection procedures.

All applicants must bring a Valid Absher Iqama, Medical Fitness Certificate, Original Passport, CR Copy, Muqeem Paper, and Insurance Copy. All documents should be submitted as color copies, while the Original Passport is compulsory during the interview process.
