Safety Officer (30 SAR) & WPR (23 SAR)
INDEX International General Contracting Est. is currently seeking qualified professionals for the positions of Safety Officer and Work Permit Receiver (WPR – 3rd Party) for a long-term industrial project. The selected candidates will become part of a professional industrial team responsible for maintaining workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco operational standards. Key Responsibilities
The Aramco Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, conducting routine site inspections, identifying workplace hazards, preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), monitoring Permit to Work (PTW) activities, investigating incidents, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards. The Safety Officer will also conduct toolbox talks, promote safe work practices, and prepare safety reports.
The Work Permit Receiver (WPR – 3rd Party) will manage the Permit-to-Work system, verify work permits before activities begin, coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, ensure all safety precautions are in place, and monitor high-risk work such as hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and electrical isolation. The WPR will ensure that all work complies with Saudi Aramco safety requirements and project procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have previous experience in the position they are applying for and possess a strong understanding of Saudi Aramco safety regulations and industrial work practices. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
