Key Responsibilities
The Aramco Boom Truck Operator will operate a 10-ton boom truck to lift, load, unload, and transport heavy materials according to approved lifting plans and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operation inspections, checking hydraulic systems, brakes, tires, lifting accessories, and ensuring the equipment is in safe working condition before every shift. The operator must position the vehicle correctly, stabilize outriggers, and perform lifting activities safely while coordinating with riggers, supervisors, and site personnel. The role also involves following Saudi Aramco lifting procedures, complying with traffic regulations inside project areas, maintaining accurate equipment records, reporting mechanical defects immediately, and preventing unsafe lifting practices. The operator is expected to maintain clear communication during lifting operations, protect surrounding workers and property, and support smooth project execution while following all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience operating a 10-ton Boom Truck on industrial, oil and gas, or construction projects. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of lifting equipment, load handling techniques, vehicle safety inspections, and industrial lifting procedures. Experience working on Saudi Aramco projects will be considered an advantage. A valid Vendor Code and Chamber Registration are mandatory requirements for this position.
