Key Responsibilities
Selected workers will perform duties based on their assigned categories and project requirements. Supervisors will oversee workforce activities, maintain productivity standards, coordinate project execution, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Work Permit Receivers will support authorization processes and site coordination activities to maintain operational control.
Technical personnel including fitters, electricians, technicians, riggers, cable pullers, and grinders will execute field activities according to engineering instructions and project schedules. Helpers will support daily operations through material movement, housekeeping, and assisting technical teams. All personnel are expected to maintain workplace discipline, follow company procedures, and contribute to safe project execution throughout the assignment period.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial project experience according to their selected category. Supervisory positions require leadership abilities, field coordination knowledge, and practical understanding of project execution processes. Technical workers should demonstrate hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, fitting, electrical support, rigging, or equipment handling activities.
Candidates must hold a valid Iqama as the primary document requirement for mobilization. Workers should be physically capable of performing industrial activities and maintaining productivity standards under project conditions. Knowledge of workplace safety practices, communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions remain essential for successful deployment and performance.
