Supervisor / Foreman – WPR – Piping Fitter – Rigger – Grinder – Helper
The industrial construction sector continues to expand rapidly, creating strong demand for skilled and semi-skilled manpower across piping and electrical instrumentation disciplines. Large-scale projects require a well-structured workforce to ensure smooth execution, safety compliance, and timely completion of project milestones. A new urgent recruitment drive has been announced for multiple positions in Piping and E&I disciplines for a major project in Jafurah. This opportunity is suitable for experienced professionals and workers who are ready for immediate mobilization on a long-term industrial assignment.
Importance of Piping and E&I Disciplines in Industrial Projects
Piping and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) teams form the backbone of any industrial construction project. The piping team is responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems that transport fluids and gases across the facility. Their work ensures operational efficiency and structural integrity of the entire system.
The E&I discipline plays an equally important role by handling electrical installations, instrumentation systems, cable laying, and equipment calibration. These teams ensure that all electrical systems function safely and efficiently, supporting automation and control processes within the project. Together, both disciplines ensure smooth plant operations and long-term reliability.
Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
Selected candidates will perform tasks based on their assigned roles within piping or E&I departments. Supervisors and foremen will manage site teams, monitor daily progress, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications. WPR personnel will handle permit systems and ensure safety compliance before work begins.
Piping fitters will be responsible for installing and aligning piping systems, while riggers will manage lifting and positioning of heavy materials. Grinders will handle finishing work, and helpers will support skilled workers with material handling and site preparation tasks.
In the E&I section, electricians, technicians, and cable pullers will carry out electrical installations, cable routing, system testing, and maintenance activities. All workers must strictly follow safety guidelines and coordinate with supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Skills, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial construction projects, particularly in piping or E&I disciplines. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
Chamber registration is mandatory for all applicants. Experience in shutdown or long-term industrial projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
