A leading company is urgently hiring experienced heavy equipment operators for a long-term project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The required positions include Boom Truck Operators and 50 Ton Crane Operators with valid TUV Certification. These roles are essential for safe lifting, transportation, and material handling operations in industrial and construction environments.

Heavy equipment operators play a critical role in project execution by ensuring lifting activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Boom Truck Operators are responsible for operating truck-mounted cranes safely to lift, move, and position materials at project sites. They must inspect equipment before use, follow lifting plans, maintain proper communication with rigging teams, and ensure all lifting activities are performed according to safety requirements.

50 Ton Crane Operators are responsible for operating heavy cranes for lifting and positioning heavy materials and equipment. Their duties include conducting pre-operation checks, following load charts, coordinating with banksmen and riggers, maintaining equipment safety, and reporting any operational issues.

Both operators must follow company safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and maintain a safe working environment during all lifting operations.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates should have practical experience operating heavy lifting equipment in industrial, construction, or oil and gas projects. Valid TUV Certification is required for both positions, along with strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting safety procedures, and equipment handling.

The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively with supervisors, riggers, and other site personnel. Experience with large-scale projects and knowledge of international safety standards will be an advantage.
