Key Responsibilities
Each role comes with specific duties, all aimed at supporting safe and efficient project execution. Pipe Fabricators are responsible for cutting, assembling, and shaping piping components according to technical specifications, ensuring durability and accuracy. Pipe Fitters install, align, and maintain piping systems, performing routine checks to guarantee operational efficiency. Welders carry out welding tasks to join metal structures safely, maintaining high-quality workmanship.
TUV Riggers (Level 3) handle rigging operations, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials safely across the site. Fire Watch personnel monitor hazardous zones, especially during welding or hot work, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Instrument Technicians install, maintain, and calibrate control instruments, supporting the proper functioning of machinery and systems. Finally, Painters prepare surfaces and apply coatings to protect and enhance equipment and structures. Collectively, these roles ensure project continuity, safety, and compliance with industrial standards.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Applicants must have a minimum of four years of experience in their respective fields. Technical proficiency is essential for Pipe Fabricators, Fitters, Welders, and Instrument Technicians, including knowledge of tools, machinery, and technical drawings. TUV Riggers must hold valid certification and demonstrate skill in safe rigging operations. Fire Watch personnel require knowledge of workplace safety standards, while Painters should be proficient in surface preparation and coating techniques.
