Position Overview

Business Union is urgently hiring qualified professionals across a variety of technical, supervisory, and safety positions for projects in Saudi Arabia. These roles are critical for ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting operational efficiency on-site. Available positions include Rigger III, Pipe Fitter, Mechanical Foreman, Safety Officer, Welding Supervisor, and more.

Candidates must have valid Ajeer registration, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and secure payment processing. These roles are ideal for skilled professionals ready for immediate deployment, offering long-term opportunities in dynamic industrial and construction environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Each position carries specific responsibilities essential to project success:

  • Rigger III (TUV) & Rigging Foreman: Handle heavy lifting operations, secure equipment, supervise rigging teams, and enforce safety standards.
  • Mechanical & Piping QA/QC (Non-Aramco): Monitor quality standards, inspect mechanical and piping systems, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Welding QC (CSWIP/AWS), Welding Supervisor, Welding Foreman: Inspect welds, supervise welding teams, and enforce safety and quality protocols.
  • Mechanical & Piping Foremen: Lead teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Pipe Fitter & Pipe Fabricator: Install, repair, and fabricate pipelines accurately, following strict safety procedures.
  • Scaffolding Supervisor & Scaffolder (TUV): Manage scaffolding work, maintain stability and safety, and oversee labor teams.
  • Flag Man & Fire Watch (SABIC Authorized): Monitor fire hazards, manage on-site signaling, and implement emergency protocols.
  • Safety Officer (SABIC Approved): Enforce workplace safety compliance, conduct inspections, and mitigate hazards.
  • Structural Supervisor: Supervise structural projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality control.

All roles demand teamwork, discipline, and effective communication to maintain efficiency, prevent accidents, and meet project deadlines.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have 4–8 years of relevant experience, depending on the position. Certifications such as TUV, CSWIP/AWS, and SABIC approval are required for relevant trades. Candidates should be physically fit, technically competent, and capable of working under pressure in industrial and construction environments. Leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
