This role is a fundamental part of the construction and industrial workforce, where helpers assist skilled workers and ensure that daily site activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Helpers are responsible for assisting skilled workers such as technicians, supervisors, and labor teams in completing assigned tasks efficiently. They may also assist in basic site activities under supervision, helping to speed up operations and reduce downtime. Helpers are also expected to follow instructions carefully, work as part of a team, and support daily operations with dedication and discipline.
Skills and Knowledge
