Key Duties and Responsibilities
HSE Supervisor / HSE Officer
The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project site. Key responsibilities include preparing and implementing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Environmental Management Plans, and Traffic Management Plans.
The officer will conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions to prevent accidents. They will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor workforce activities, and conduct toolbox talks to promote safety awareness among workers. Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage high-risk environments are essential for this role.
Civil Engineer – Planning (Road Projects)
The Civil Planning Engineer will be responsible for project scheduling, planning, and monitoring road construction activities. Duties include preparing work schedules, tracking project progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that all activities are completed within deadlines.
