The available positions play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of road construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and planning efficiency. The HSE Supervisor or Officer is responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures across the site, ensuring compliance with regulations and preventing workplace incidents. The Civil Engineer – Planning role focuses on project scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring timely execution of road works according to design specifications. The QA/QC Civil Engineer ensures that all construction activities meet required quality standards, conducting inspections and verifying compliance with project guidelines. These roles are essential for maintaining efficiency, safety, and structural integrity in large infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in these roles will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution through careful planning, monitoring, and quality control. The HSE Supervisor will prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Environmental Plans, and Traffic Management Plans to ensure a safe working environment. The Civil Planning Engineer will develop project schedules, track progress, and coordinate with site teams to ensure deadlines are met. The QA/QC Civil Engineer will inspect civil road works, verify material quality, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications. All employees must collaborate effectively with project teams, maintain documentation, and ensure that all activities align with safety and quality requirements.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant educational qualifications in civil engineering, safety management, or related technical fields. HSE candidates should have strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment techniques, and environmental planning procedures. Civil Planning Engineers must be experienced in road project planning, scheduling tools, and construction coordination. QA/QC Engineers should have expertise in civil road works, inspection procedures, and quality assurance processes. Prior experience in Maaden or similar industrial projects is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for all positions. Candidates must also hold valid AJEER, Chamber, and Muqeem documentation.
