Key Responsibilities
Employees will be assigned tasks based on their respective roles and will be required to follow site instructions strictly. General labourers will support construction teams by handling materials, cleaning work areas, loading and unloading equipment, and assisting skilled workers in daily operations. Firewatch personnel will monitor hot work areas, ensure fire safety compliance, maintain standby readiness during welding or cutting activities, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Painters will be responsible for surface preparation, applying industrial coatings, mixing paint materials, and ensuring finishing work meets project specifications. All workers must follow safety guidelines, wear protective equipment, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency. Maintaining discipline, punctuality, and teamwork is essential for ensuring smooth progress of site activities and avoiding project delays.

Candidates must possess relevant experience in construction, industrial, or maintenance environments depending on their assigned role.
