Role Overview

Asar Alkhaleej For General Contracting Establishment is urgently hiring skilled and semi-skilled personnel for multiple positions at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for maintaining smooth operations, safety compliance, and timely completion of industrial projects. The positions offer a competitive hourly wage, free accommodation and food, and require 10 hours of work per day. Candidates are expected to have valid documentation, medical reports, and proper registration with Ajeer to ensure lawful employment.

These roles are vital in the contracting and industrial sector, ensuring that operations run efficiently while adhering to the highest standards of safety and technical precision. From pipe fabrication to rigging, every position contributes directly to project success and workplace safety.

Primary Responsibilities

Each position carries specific responsibilities aligned with the operational needs of the plant. Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators are responsible for cutting, assembling, and welding piping systems according to project specifications. Riggers manage lifting and moving heavy equipment safely, while Fire Watch personnel maintain safety by monitoring hot work areas to prevent fire hazards. Standby men assist in emergencies and provide on-site support, and Flagmen ensure traffic and operational safety in active zones.

Instrument Technicians handle the installation, maintenance, and calibration of plant instruments, ensuring accuracy in readings and operational safety. Millwright Technicians assemble, install, and repair heavy machinery, supporting production continuity. Every role contributes to maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting compliance with industrial safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess the relevant technical skills for their role. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators must have experience in handling industrial piping and welding techniques. Riggers require expertise in lifting equipment and understanding load distribution. Fire Watch staff must have awareness of fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols.

All candidates must have valid SABIC medical reports and insurance for at least 90 days. Registration with Ajeer Chamber is mandatory. Original passports, photos (red or white background), and supporting company documents (CR copy, service agreement) are required to ensure compliance. Prior experience in industrial contracting or plant operations is highly desirable for technical roles like instrument and millwright technicians.
