Key Responsibilities
Employees selected for these positions will be responsible for performing trade-specific duties with full professionalism and safety awareness. Riggers will handle lifting operations, load calculations, and safe movement of heavy materials using certified equipment. Scaffolders and scaffolder supervisors will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring complete safety compliance at the site. QA/QC professionals in mechanical, piping, and welding disciplines will conduct inspections, verify fabrication quality, review documentation, and ensure compliance with international standards such as CSWIP and AWS. They will also coordinate with project engineers and site management to ensure quality control procedures are strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in their respective trades along with relevant certifications and hands-on field experience. Rigger and scaffolder roles require valid TUV certification and strong knowledge of lifting and structural safety procedures. QA/QC positions require 8 years of experience along with professional certifications such as CSWIP for welding inspection and solid understanding of mechanical and piping systems. All applicants must be familiar with industrial safety rules, AJEER work permit systems, and site coordination processes. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and the capability to work under pressure in industrial environments are essential for success in these roles.
