Job Overview
Rigger III positions are essential for safe lifting and rigging operations in construction and industrial projects. These workers are responsible for handling heavy loads, supporting crane operations, and ensuring all lifting activities are carried out safely according to site procedures. In major industrial zones such as Ras Al Khair, rigging professionals are in high demand due to ongoing large-scale industrial and mining projects.
This is a long-term requirement for non-Aramco approved candidates with valid TUV certification, offered under urgent manpower mobilization conditions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Rigger III workers are responsible for assisting in lifting operations by attaching and detaching loads, guiding crane operators during movement, and ensuring proper use of rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, and hooks.
They must inspect lifting gear before use, follow safety instructions strictly, and ensure that all rigging operations are performed according to site safety standards. Coordination with supervisors and crane operators is essential to maintain safe and efficient operations.
The role also requires maintaining discipline at the worksite and ensuring compliance with industrial safety procedures to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must hold a valid TUV rigging card and have prior experience in construction or industrial lifting operations. Knowledge of basic rigging techniques, load handling, and safety procedures is essential.
Candidates should be physically fit, alert, and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments. Previous Gulf experience will be considered an advantage for selection.
