The Rigger Level 3 role is designed for experienced professionals responsible for safe lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy equipment in Aramco project environments. This position requires precision, safety awareness, and coordination with crane operators and site supervisors to ensure all lifting activities are performed correctly. The Mechanical Supervisor role involves overseeing mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at industrial sites. This includes managing teams, ensuring work quality, and maintaining compliance with project specifications. Both roles are critical in supporting oil & gas infrastructure projects and ensuring that all mechanical and lifting operations are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Rigger Level 3 will be responsible for planning and executing lifting operations, selecting appropriate rigging equipment, and ensuring all tools are inspected before use. They must guide crane movements using proper signals and ensure safe load handling at all times. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily mechanical activities, assign tasks to workers, monitor project progress, and ensure that all mechanical systems are installed and maintained correctly. Both positions require strict adherence to safety regulations, coordination with engineers and safety officers, and ensuring that all site activities comply with industrial standards. Maintaining discipline, reporting hazards, and ensuring smooth teamwork are essential responsibilities for both roles in demanding project environments.

Skills and Knowledge

Rigger Level 3 applicants should possess strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load calculation, and Aramco safety procedures.
