Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of Civil Team Workers include performing rigging, steel fixing, and carpentry tasks on tower construction sites. Riggers are responsible for safely lifting and positioning heavy materials using rigging tools and coordinating with crane operators. Steel Fixers handle the preparation, cutting, bending, and installation of steel reinforcements to provide structural stability for towers. Carpenters assemble formwork and support structures necessary for concrete work, ensuring accurate alignment and proper support.
