These positions ensure safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Safety Officers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing workplace safety protocols, reducing the risk of accidents, and ensuring a secure work environment. WPR operators manage work permits and workflow coordination, ensuring all tasks comply with project guidelines and safety regulations. Electricians and Firewatch personnel are vital for the operation, inspection, and protection of electrical systems and equipment during shutdowns or maintenance operations. Their work guarantees the continuity and safety of industrial operations while minimizing downtime and operational hazards.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Officers conduct regular safety audits, inspect equipment and work areas, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks. They report hazards, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with project and governmental safety standards. WPR operators oversee the issuance, monitoring, and closure of work permits, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and operational guidelines. Electricians handle the installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems, while Firewatch personnel provide surveillance during electrical work, welding, or other fire-prone activities, ensuring immediate response in case of incidents. Each role demands attention to detail, strict adherence to regulations, and proactive engagement with team members to maintain operational safety.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess technical expertise, relevant certifications, and prior experience in industrial settings, ideally within MAADEN or SABIC projects. Safety Officers should be well-versed in occupational safety protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. WPR operators require knowledge of permit systems, workflow management, and documentation practices. Electricians and Firewatch personnel must have electrical system expertise, TUV certification, and experience in industrial safety practices. All applicants must be registered with Ajeer & Chamber under an official agreement and possess valid documentation, including Iqama, Muqeem, passport, and CV. Experience in high-risk industrial environments is highly preferred to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with Saudi Arabian labor and safety standards.
