Core Responsibilities

Multi-Welders (CS-SS) are responsible for cutting, joining, and finishing metal components using various welding techniques. They ensure that all welded structures meet technical specifications and quality standards. Precision, consistency, and adherence to safety protocols are critical to prevent defects and hazards on site.

Safety Officers play a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment. Their responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, monitoring adherence to safety protocols, identifying hazards, and enforcing corrective measures. They also train and guide site personnel on emergency procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and general workplace safety. Safety Officers coordinate with supervisors and project managers to ensure compliance with company and Maaden standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess relevant experience and certifications to be considered.

  • Multi-Welders (CS-SS): Prior experience with carbon steel and stainless steel welding. Maaden approval is preferred. Strong technical skills and knowledge of welding tools and safety practices are essential.
  • Safety Officers: Must be Maaden-approved with prior experience in industrial safety. Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk management, and emergency response is required.

All applicants must provide the following documents: Absher Iqama, Muqeem, Body Fitness Certificate, CR, Chamber Certificate, Insurance, and Ajeer registration. Physical fitness and the ability to work under demanding conditions are also essential.

Positions & Rates

  • Multi-Welder (CS-SS, Maaden) – 5 Nos – 30 SAR/hour
  • Safety Officer (Maaden Approved) – 2 Nos – 28 SAR/hour

Payment & Benefits

  • Payment via timesheet every 45 days
