Key Responsibilities

Safety officers, fire watch, and hole watch personnel are responsible for maintaining workplace safety, monitoring hazards, and responding to emergencies. Helpers assist all departments by managing materials, tools, and general site support tasks. Teamwork and strict adherence to safety procedures are essential across all positions.
