Role Overview
A major recruitment drive is underway for the Ras Al Khair project, a six-month industrial and construction initiative. This project requires a wide range of skilled personnel to ensure smooth operations across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, hydraulic, and safety departments. Roles such as Mechanical Supervisors, Foremen, and Millwright Technicians are critical for managing and executing mechanical and piping tasks. Electrical and Instrument Engineers oversee technical operations, while Safety Officers, Fire Watchers, and SBM personnel maintain workplace safety standards. Each position contributes to the overall efficiency, safety, and timely execution of this large-scale project.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Mechanical Supervisors and Foremen are responsible for coordinating teams, supervising installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Millwright Technicians handle precision machinery installation and maintenance, while Pipe Fitters ensure proper piping assembly and connection. Electrical and Instrument Supervisors and Engineers monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational efficiency. Rigging teams handle lifting and positioning of heavy materials safely. Safety Officers, Fire Watchers, and SBM personnel ensure adherence to safety protocols, while Scaffolders, Industrial Helpers, and WPR staff provide essential site support. All roles require attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to safety.
Required Skills and Expertise
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial or construction projects, especially in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic disciplines. Supervisory and specialist roles require leadership skills and in-depth technical knowledge. Rigging positions require TUV certification, while Fire Watchers and SBM personnel must be trained in safety standards. Candidates must possess valid documents, including Absher Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Blood Group/Medical Report, and CR copy.
