Description
The Fire Watch is a crucial safety role in industrial and construction projects, particularly in high-risk environments such as the new projects in Rabigh. This position focuses on preventing fire-related incidents during operations that involve hot work, such as welding, cutting, or grinding. Fire Watch personnel ensure that all activities comply with safety standards and regulations while protecting workers, equipment, and the site infrastructure. In large-scale projects, their presence is indispensable for minimizing hazards, ensuring smooth project operations, and providing immediate response in case of fire emergencies. Experienced professionals with TUV certification are highly valued due to the specialized nature of this safety-critical role.
Key Responsibilities
Fire Watch personnel are responsible for actively monitoring areas where fire risks exist, particularly during hot work operations. They must inspect the site before, during, and after work to ensure compliance with safety standards. Any potential hazards must be identified and communicated to supervisors immediately. Fire Watch officers maintain firefighting equipment, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with other safety personnel in case of emergency. Skills and Knowledge
