Take Part in Critical Lifting Operations

Riggers play a vital role in industrial projects by ensuring that heavy lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently. They inspect lifting equipment, prepare loads, communicate with crane operators, and follow approved lifting plans. Their expertise helps prevent accidents, protect equipment, and maintain smooth project operations while meeting strict safety standards.

Main Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Selected candidates will inspect lifting tools and rigging gear before use, attach and secure loads properly, guide crane operators during lifting activities, and ensure that all lifting operations comply with project safety procedures. They will also identify unsafe conditions, report defective equipment, maintain accurate work practices, and cooperate with supervisors to complete lifting activities safely and efficiently.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 5 years of relevant industrial experience and hold a valid TÜV Certificate for the position they are applying for. Candidates must have an Iqama with a minimum validity of 3 months, and the original passport must be submitted during the recruitment process. Strong knowledge of lifting operations, hazard awareness, teamwork, and communication skills are essential for these positions.
