This urgent recruitment drive in Saudi Arabia is for multiple industrial construction projects located in Jubail, Madden, and Riyadh. The hiring covers skilled and semi-skilled positions in welding, piping, scaffolding, mechanical fitting, and site supervision. These roles are essential for supporting large-scale oil, gas, and industrial construction activities where safety, precision, and productivity are top priorities. The selected candidates will work under experienced project teams, contributing to ongoing infrastructure development while following strict international safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Employees will be assigned duties based on their trade. Welders (3G/4G FCAW and 6G FCAW) will perform high-quality welding on pipelines and structural components. Pipe fitters and mechanical fitters will handle installation, alignment, and assembly of piping systems according to technical drawings. Supervisors and foremen will manage workforce activities, monitor daily progress, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Scaffolders will safely erect and dismantle scaffolding structures while maintaining site safety compliance. All workers are expected to follow instructions from engineers, maintain discipline, and ensure all tasks are completed within project timelines.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have prior experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Welders should be skilled in FCAW welding techniques including 3G, 4G, and 6G positions with strong understanding of joint quality standards. Pipe fitters and mechanical fitters must be capable of reading technical drawings and performing accurate installations. Supervisors and foremen should have leadership skills and experience managing site operations and manpower. Scaffolders must be trained in height safety and structural stability procedures. All candidates should be physically fit, safety conscious, and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Knowledge of Ajeer and chamber documentation procedures is mandatory.
