ORAFCO has announced a top urgent manpower requirement for ongoing projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This recruitment drive includes multiple technical, safety, and construction-related positions for experienced and semi-skilled workers. The project is part of large-scale industrial and construction activities where workforce efficiency, safety compliance, and timely execution are highly important. Each role plays a key part in ensuring smooth project operations, from site safety management to structural erection and scaffolding work. Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing their duties according to their job categories. Safety Officers will monitor site safety compliance, conduct inspections, and ensure all workers follow HSE regulations. Work Permit Receivers will handle permit approvals and ensure all hazardous tasks are properly authorized before execution. Foreman Erectors will supervise erection teams and ensure work is completed according to technical drawings and safety standards. Erectors, Riggers, and Scaffolders will perform installation, lifting, and structural support tasks under supervision. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas to prevent fire hazards, while Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily operations. Each role requires strict adherence to safety rules, teamwork, and discipline on-site.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have practical experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial project environments. Safety Officers should possess strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and site inspection techniques. Work Permit Receivers must understand permit-to-work systems and isolation procedures. Erectors, Riggers, and Scaffolders should be skilled in handling tools, working at heights, and following technical instructions safely. Fire Watch and Helpers must be alert, physically fit, and able to follow supervisor instructions. A valid TUV certificate is required for technical positions. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential for all roles.
