Dewan Architects + Engineers in Riyadh is currently seeking highly qualified professionals to join its growing team. These roles are essential in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects including towers, townhouses, residential buildings, and hotel developments. The purpose of these positions is to ensure that every stage of design, execution, and supervision meets international engineering standards while aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 development goals. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing different aspects of construction and engineering projects depending on their specialization. Senior engineers will handle project planning, technical coordination, and site supervision to ensure smooth execution of work. QAQC Engineers will focus on maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Quantity Surveyors will manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction activities. HSE Inspectors will be responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers. Architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical inspectors will monitor site progress, review drawings, and ensure all work aligns with approved engineering designs. Land surveyors will manage site measurements and layout accuracy, which is critical for project precision. Each role requires close coordination with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of work without compromising quality or safety standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these positions must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in their respective engineering discipline. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required for non-senior positions, while senior roles require at least 20 years of proven experience in large-scale construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry standards is essential. Applicants must also possess a valid Saudi Engineering Certificate and transferable Iqama for non-Saudi professionals. Practical experience in handling residential towers, hotels, and infrastructure projects is highly preferred. Good communication skills, leadership ability, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in project management tools are important for successful performance in this role. Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and safety standards will be considered a strong advantage.
