Key Responsibilities
The Scaffolder Foreman supervises scaffolding teams and ensures safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures. Scaffolders are responsible for assembling and maintaining scaffolding systems according to safety standards. Fire Watch personnel monitor hot work areas such as welding and cutting zones to prevent fire hazards and respond to emergencies. Flagmen manage the movement of vehicles and equipment on-site to maintain safety. Helpers assist skilled workers by handling materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting daily site activities.
