Job Role Overview & Importance
An HSE Officer plays a key role in ensuring workplace safety, health standards, and environmental compliance across industrial project sites. HSE Officers are responsible for implementing safety procedures, monitoring site activities, and ensuring that all operations follow approved standards. Their presence is essential to protect workers and maintain smooth project execution.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The selected HSE Officers will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. This includes conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and taking immediate corrective actions when required. They will also conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and ensure workers are using proper PPE at all times. Maintaining detailed reports of incidents, inspections, and safety observations is also part of the job. Coordination with supervisors and management is essential to ensure safe and smooth operations.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have valid HSE approval for Petrokemya or United projects along with a valid ID. Prior experience in industrial or petrochemical safety roles is required.
