Job Role Overview & Importance
These technical roles are essential in supporting industrial construction, maintenance, and fabrication activities. Riggers are responsible for safe lifting and handling of heavy materials, scaffolders provide safe working platforms at height, and pipe fitters ensure proper installation and alignment of piping systems. These roles are critical in ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in large-scale industrial projects. Without skilled workers in these positions, project execution cannot be completed safely or on time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform job-specific duties based on their trade. Rigger III workers will handle lifting operations under supervision, ensuring proper rigging techniques are followed. Scaffolders will erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely, ensuring stability and compliance with safety standards. Pipe fitters will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and assembling pipes according to technical drawings. All workers must follow safety procedures, maintain discipline on site, and ensure that work is completed as per project requirements. Coordination with supervisors and vendors is also essential.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields, especially in industrial or construction projects. For riggers and scaffolders, original TUV certification is mandatory. Pipe fitters should have basic technical knowledge of piping systems and installation methods. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Vendor code and complete color documents are required for processing. Original passport is mandatory. Fresh candidates are generally not preferred due to the technical nature of the work.
