Description
The current urgent hiring requirement in Saudi Arabia focuses on highly skilled ARAMCO-approved professionals for ongoing industrial and construction projects. These roles are critical in ensuring safe lifting operations, proper permit handling, and strict compliance with safety regulations at large-scale oil, gas, and infrastructure sites. Riggers, Work Permit Receivers (WPR), and Safety Officers play a key role in maintaining operational safety and efficiency in high-risk environments where precision and discipline are essential. ARAMCO projects demand experienced personnel who understand international safety standards and can perform under strict supervision and timelines. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have strong field experience and are ready to contribute immediately to major industrial operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Riggers are responsible for safely handling lifting operations, including rigging, signaling, and securing heavy loads using cranes and lifting equipment. They must ensure that all lifting activities are performed according to approved safety procedures to avoid accidents or equipment damage. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) are responsible for managing and verifying work permits before any task begins, ensuring that all safety requirements are met and that operations are authorized. Safety Officers monitor site conditions, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. They also report incidents, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with ARAMCO safety standards. All roles require close coordination with supervisors, engineers, and site management to ensure smooth project execution without safety violations or delays.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have proven experience in ARAMCO projects or similar industrial environments. Riggers should have strong knowledge of lifting techniques, load calculations, and crane operations. WPR candidates must understand permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and safety clearance procedures. Safety Officers must be well-versed in occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. All applicants should have strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and the capacity to work under pressure in large industrial sites. Familiarity with Saudi safety standards and previous Gulf experience will be considered a strong advantage. A disciplined work approach and attention to detail are essential for all positions to ensure safe and efficient project operations.
