This recruitment drive focuses on highly skilled professionals with proven experience in oil & gas or large construction environments. The Work Permit Receiver ensures all job activities are properly authorized under strict permit-to-work systems, especially in high-risk areas. The Safety Officer plays a key role in maintaining workplace safety by identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and enforcing HSE standards. The Crane Operator is responsible for operating heavy lifting equipment such as the 100 Ton Zoomlion crane, ensuring safe material handling and lifting operations. Each role contributes directly to operational safety, efficiency, and compliance in Ras Tanura’s industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be required to perform their duties with full responsibility and strict adherence to safety regulations. The WPR will manage permits, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure all activities are authorized before execution. The Safety Officer will conduct regular site inspections, monitor compliance with safety procedures, prepare reports, and ensure risk control measures are implemented. The Crane Operator will handle heavy lifting operations, interpret lifting plans, inspect crane equipment before use, and ensure safe movement of materials. All staff must follow site instructions, maintain communication with project teams, and ensure that all tasks are executed without safety violations or delays.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge, relevant certifications, and hands-on field experience. The WPR position requires Saudi Aramco approval and strong understanding of permit-to-work systems along with communication skills. The Safety Officer must hold NEBOSH or IOSH certification and have solid expertise in HSE practices, hazard identification, and emergency procedures. The Crane Operator must possess a valid crane license and experience operating 100 Ton Zoomlion cranes with strong knowledge of lifting safety standards. All applicants must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.

Position 1: WPR (Work Permit Receiver) – Salary: 3000 – 3500 SAR + 300 SAR Food Allowance
Position 2: Safety Officer – Salary: 2000 – 2300 SAR + 300 SAR Food Allowance
Position 3: Crane Operator (100 Ton Zoomlion) – Salary: 2500 – 4000 SAR
