Recruitment is being conducted for a Korean company operating in Saudi Arabia for various industrial and construction project roles. The purpose of these positions is to support large-scale project execution with proper coordination, technical accuracy, and safety compliance. Each role contributes to maintaining productivity, quality standards, and timely completion of project activities across different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing and supporting daily project activities depending on their assigned discipline. This includes supervising construction works, handling documentation, controlling costs, managing logistics and materials, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. They will also be required to maintain safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures. In addition, coordination with different teams and reporting project progress will be an essential part of the job.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant experience in construction or industrial projects, preferably in GCC countries. Strong technical knowledge of project operations, safety regulations, and quality standards is required. Candidates should have the ability to work in a team, manage responsibilities efficiently, and communicate effectively with different departments. Leadership skills are important for supervisory roles, while certifications are required for safety and technical positions. Experience in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage.

Project Control includes Interface Coordinator, Cost Controller, and Document Controller. Administration covers IT, Accountant, General Affairs, and HR roles. Logistics & Material includes Material Supervisor, Purchaser, Rigger Level 3, and Common Labor. Construction team includes Logistics Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, Steel Structure Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, and Piping Supervisor. QA/QC includes Document Controller and QC Inspector roles. EHSS includes Work Permit Receiver, Electrical Inspector, and HSE Document Controller. Safety team includes Male Nurse, Doctor, and Safety Officers.
