Multiple Positions Supporting Shutdown Operations

Responsibilities Across the Project
Rigger III workers may prepare and secure loads, inspect rigging equipment, assist with lifting operations, and communicate with crane operators and lifting teams. WPRs may review work permits, communicate permit conditions, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure activities remain within approved requirements.
Firewatch personnel are expected to remain alert during hot work, monitor the surrounding area for sparks or signs of fire, maintain appropriate fire-prevention readiness, and immediately report unsafe conditions. Standby Men may monitor designated work areas, maintain communication with the responsible team, and respond according to site procedures when assistance is required. All workers should follow supervisor instructions, use required protective equipment, and maintain proper safety practices throughout the shutdown.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected position and be prepared to work in a demanding shutdown environment. The Rigger III position specifically requires TUV certification. Candidates should have a good understanding of their trade responsibilities and be capable of following strict site procedures.
