Description

The ongoing recruitment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is for a large-scale industrial project involving oil, gas, construction, and maintenance operations. These positions are essential for ensuring smooth site execution, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous production activities in long-term projects. The roles cover mechanical, electrical, fabrication, instrumentation, and supervisory categories, all of which are critical for successful project completion. Key Responsibilities

All selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their trade and project requirements. Riggers will manage safe lifting operations, fabricators and welders will handle structural and piping fabrication, and mechanical teams will carry out installation and maintenance of equipment. Electrical and instrumentation staff will manage system wiring, calibration, troubleshooting, and operational support. Supervisors and engineers will oversee workforce activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project quality standards. Documentation and coordination teams will manage reporting, material tracking, and workflow control. All employees must strictly follow safety rules and ensure efficient teamwork on site.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must have strong technical expertise in their respective fields, including certifications such as Aramco approval, TUV certification, welding qualifications (6G/CS), and mechanical or electrical trade experience. Previous experience in oil & gas or industrial projects is highly preferred. Candidates should be able to read technical drawings, understand work instructions, and perform tasks with accuracy under pressure. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and awareness of industrial safety standards such as AJEER and Chamber regulations are essential. Physical fitness and readiness for long working hours in demanding environments are also required.
